Every room has Wi-Fi and Cable TV.  You can bring your own TV if you like.  There is Wi-Fi and Cable TV in the common areas. There is a big screen TV in the living room, a formal dining room, 2 full bathrooms, and a free washer & dryer. There are two refrigerators and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare food.  All your linen and bedding (blanket, pillow) are provided.  Feel free to bring your own blanket and pillow if you like.                           

MEN'S HOUSE RULES

Nuway clients are required to pay $15 House Dues per month.  $15 is due the day you move in. HOUSE DUES PAYABLE ONLY BY CASHAPP.

  3. NO SEX ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
  4. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE.  This Includes E- Cigarettes.
  5. NO OVERNIGHT GUEST. NO GUEST ALLOWED IN BEDROOMS.
  6. ALL RESIDENTS WILL BE ASSIGNED CLEANING DUTIES AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE DUTIES.

Visiting Hours: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM.    Visits are limited to 2 hours.         

NO VISITORS ALLOWED IN YOUR BEDROOMS.  VISITORS ARE TO REMAIN ON THE FIRST FLOOR ONLY.
